About ARPA Queensland

ARPA Qld, the Queensland branch of the Australian Rehabilitation Providers Association (ARPA) is the only organisation in Queensland specifically established to represent the interests of the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) and Occupational Rehabilitation (OR) in this state.

ARPA Qld was incorporated in November 2004 and our membership consists of VR and OR provider companies and individuals who are accredited OR providers under the Queensland WorkCover Scheme and/or Comcare (along with other compensation schemes including CTP, Military Compensation, Defence and Income Protection). Our membership includes small, medium and large OR providers including private and Government owned entities. It is estimated that 85% of OR services in Queensland are provided by ARPA members.

ARPA Qld and its members believe that appropriate OR interventions is key to the achievement of cost effective and durable return to work outcomes for injured individuals, whether this is with the pre-injury employer or a new employer.

ARPA Qld continues to achieve significant outcomes for its members through its ongoing involvement in negotiations and discussions with relevant compensation and Government bodies, as well as with key stakeholder groups.
